Description
The Katadyn Filter Element No. 7 is the high-quality replacement filter for Katadyn home filter housings and is based on the same reliable technology as the Ceradyn element. The robust stainless steel frame ensures clean, safe drinking water even on demanding tours and in remote areas. Microporous ceramic with firmly anchored silver reliably retains suspended particles, all harmful bacteria and parasites such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia down to 0.2 microns in size. Silver quartz gravel inside has a disinfecting effect and inhibits recontamination during longer periods of inactivity. Katadyn ceramic produces fresh drinking water without the use of chemicals. The filter is mechanically regenerable and therefore reusable.
